Carol "Charlie" Buxton (Oak Marr)

Charlie, a senior instructor, teaches students of all ages and skill levels for Every Body Golf School's classes, camps and private lessons, and especially enjoys teaching short game and game management. Her LPGA Class A membership is a result of specialized training in the Coaching Track of the LPGA. She is a Head Coach at Chantilly HS Coed Varsity Golf Team and the developmental Girls' Golf Team. Charlie has been an instructor for LPGA Golf Clinics for Women, LPGA Front Row Experience and Junior Clinics, and is spending several weeks a year in China helping to develop China’s young golf professionals. As an Amateur, she was the Women's Club Champion of the Twin Lakes Women's Golf Assn., 2004-2006, and competed in VSGA women's tournaments. She is also a Rules official for tournaments run by the VSGA, NCAA, and USGA. As a member of the Northern Virginia leadership board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), she has helped organize and run 2 annual golf tournaments for the last 10 years, and coached golf annually at their weeklong Maryland regional camp.

Charlie has been married for over 32 years and is the proud mother of 2 sons serving in the US Marine Corps. She holds an M.A. degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures (Chinese). Before becoming a golf professional, she conducted business with China for 4 years, speaking fluent Chinese, then worked in information systems development and project/account management for 14 years, and maintains a strong interest in sports nutrition and fitness.

Kathy Chambers (Oak Marr and Burke Lake)

Kathy conducts private, semi-private and group lessons for juniors and adult golfers of all levels. She has enjoyed conducting many golf camps, including camps for girls’ high school team players. As a certified club fitter, Kathy is happy to help students acquire equipment that rewards their efforts. Having clubs properly fit to body and swing type is imperative for greater enjoyment of the game and optimizing results.

Kathy loves the process of learning the game of golf and tries to communicate that sense of fun to her students during on course playing lessons.

Kathy completed the LPGA National Education Program and has attended many LPGA seminars on the psychology of learning, communication, golf fitness and other pertinent topics. She serves the LPGA as an advisor to new LPGA members. Kathy enjoys competing in LPGA Teaching and Club Professional tournaments and captained her pro-am team in winning low net at the National Championship in 2010.

After attending the University of Memphis, she enjoyed living in Singapore and Indonesia for two and a half years. Kathy is married, has two daughters, and three grandchildren (her favorite golf students). Kathy home-schooled her daughters for seventeen years before becoming a golf pro.

Jon Eisman (Oak Marr)

For over 13 years Jon has been teaching golf in the Northern Virginia area. As a PGA apprentice he has been a golf professional at several area country clubs over the years, working at such facilities as Westwood Country Club and Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club. He joined the Every Body Golf School staff in May of 2009. His passion for junior golf landed him several coaching jobs in the past, including a head coaching position for Madison High School in Vienna, VA, and special guest instructor for several area high schools. Jon mentored under PGA Hall of Fame Professional Al Jamison, one of the area’s most decorated golf instructors and golf course designers. Working under Mr. Jamison, Jon learned the teaching techniques needed to improve any golfers swing at any level. His teaching style is driven by learning and understanding your own golf swing. " I want my students to understand how their golf swing works and learn a swing that they can feel." Jon attended Christopher Newport University in Newport News and is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. He spends most his free time fishing and being outdoors

Bob Felty (Lead Instructor, Burke Lake)

Bob has been a member of the PGA of America since 1972. In addition to being a fine instructor, Bob has held positions as Head Professional at several golf courses and country clubs and has attended a myriad of teaching and coaching seminars and workshops offered by the PGA. Bob competes in Middle Atlantic PGA events. He welcomes everyone to come to play. Bob and his wife live in Northern Virginia and have five grandchildren. Linda Gaudi (Oak Marr)

 Linda is a Class ‘A’ member of the PGA of America, where only 3% of the professionals are female.  She is also a Class ‘A’ member of the LPGA T&CP division.  She has held positions at The Golf Club at Hidden Valley, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and has been with The Country Club of Fairfax for over 17 years.  Through the LPGA T&CP division in the Northeast Section she has been named Professional of the Year 1999, Coach of the Year 2000, 2005 and has participated in 3 LPGA Tour events over her career.  She was awarded 2006 and 2009 PGA President’s Council on Growing the Game of Golf.  In 2010 she was named by U.S. Kids Golf, Honorable Mention as Top 50 Kids Teachers. Linda is the former head coach of Division I, George Mason University Men’s Golf Team and is also the Director of Instruction at the Country Club of Fairfax (members only).  She is a  a Certified Titleist Performance Center (TPI) Golf Instructor.

.A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Linda graduated from Slippery Rock University. She enjoys working with anyone who wishes to learn the game. Linda teaches primarily at the Oak Marr Golf Complex.

Vicki Phillips (Oak Marr)

Vicki is an accomplished golf instructor and competitive player. She regularly competes in National and Sectional LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Membership events. In 2001 she won the National Senior Championship, and in 2003 she was the Northeast Section Senior division winner. She has held section offices within the LPGA and currently is an instructor for the LPGA National Educational Program, which all LPGA members must complete in order to advance their certifications. Vicki works with golfers of all skill levels and integrates unusual, varied approaches to her teaching. Some techniques are used to create emotional balance to result in optimal performance. Vicki was listed in Golf for Women magazine as a Top 50 Teacher in the country in 2002 and 2003. She attended the University of Northern Colorado. Vicki teaches primarily at the Oak Marr Golf Complex.
